Core subprocessors

These vendors support the normal Remy product and are likely to process data during standard use.

Fly.io
Hosts the Remy gateway — the server that runs your assistant. United States.
Supabase
Postgres database holding your account, conversations, working memory, and source index. Encrypted at rest, row-level security. United States.
Upstash
Redis queue that schedules Remy’s background work (indexing, briefings, reminders).
Fireworks AI
AI inference for chat and background understanding. Zero-data-retention terms; no training on your data.
Google (Gemini enterprise API)
AI inference for the web-errand browser lane (rolling out August 2026). Paid enterprise terms: no training on your data, no co-mingling; abuse-monitoring prompt-logging exception granted August 28, 2026 (no human review). Status on the AI model providers page.
Cloudflare
Website hosting, DNS, and email routing for our domains.
Expo
Delivers push notifications to the app.
Apple
Push notification delivery through the Apple Push Notification service.
Langfuse
Tracing of AI requests, used to debug and improve the assistant during early access. Scope narrows before general availability.

Feature-specific subprocessors

These vendors are used only when you use a specific capability — voice, dictation, phone calls, web errands, or the daily news brief.

DeepInfra
Backup AI inference running the same models. Used only if Fireworks is unavailable.
Groq
Speech-to-text for the dictation mic button. Zero-data-retention account.
LiveKit
Real-time voice sessions, including speech-to-text, when you talk to Remy by voice.
Cartesia
Turns Remy’s replies into speech in voice mode.
Retell AI
Orchestrates phone calls Remy places on your behalf, including the in-call AI model and voice.
Twilio
Provides the phone number and telephony for calls Remy places.
Browserbase
Isolated cloud browser sessions when Remy does an errand on a website for you.

Notes

Your connected accounts — Google, and Microsoft where offered — are not subprocessors. They are services you already use that you choose to connect; how Remy treats data from them is covered in our Privacy Policy.
